Why similar units are priced over $400 when this unit is so good? Was simple to install. Came with adaptor I needed for 3/8 to 1/2 npt. Install took less than an hour. Only difficulty was finding number stamped on the logs. They could be numbered with permanent marker instead. Would be much easier. Anyway, super happy. Looks good with flames on high or low. Second pic is with gas turned almost off. I was concerned that this 18†unit would be too small but it fit perfectly. Great product, super price.

It was easy to install and looks very good. We have enjoyed it several times now and it’s nice to just turn off the fire when you’re done for the evening.

These are great very realistic looking logs. I had no idea these could be so expensive so when I found these I was surprised but based on other reviews decided to try. They are awesome like the other reviews state. They come with everything you need. I got to upgrade the gas line connector because it came with one so why not. The one in my fireplace was pretty dirty. This was a great purchase!

I was very pleased with the quality and overall appearance especially for the price. It was a little difficult to assemble the logs and the item arrived without the bag of glowing embers, but the customer support was great and they sent a new bag in a few days.

Hired Chimney Sweep & Fireplace company to come install.. Technician insisted that the fireplace canNOT be installed in a Masonry fireplace/chimney!!! (That is specifically stated as workable in ad! I'm stuck! Too Heavy to return. Took a while to find a company to come install - a couple we contacted don't do that work. Amazon 'attempt to help' did not help because seller claimed their request was unclear (was not) . Time frame expired & I'm stuck with useless heavy purchase
