This keyboard tray is easy to assembly and good for thicker desktops. Very sturdy and slides nicely.I would recommend.

Compare with the vivo one this one is $30 cheaper and it’s not as heavy which is good for my small laminate desk, and is sturdy not wobbly and the screws are right length compared to with vivo, vivo one is too long for my desk, and vivo corners are sharp and I constantly bump into it, this product edge are not sharp and are round, and small enough that I won’t bump into it, only feature missing is height adjustment, bc my mouse is right under the stand desk control panel, since this product is not height adjustable then I have to move my keyboard and mouse all the way to the left of the tray, making me not able to use the whole length of the tray. But I will keep it bc it still work for me. It was very easy to install.

I had a direct mounted pullout keyboard shelf that sadly fell apart after 5 years of use. It was difficult to pull out/put in and also noisy. I had difficulty with the installation and placement initially for the previous one as well. It was just a disappointment that you live with. This one has none of those issues! It's virtually silent to reposition, easy to put together and install on the desk, no crawling under with a drill and guessing about the placement. The clamps are quite thin, but sturdy. The surface is curved on the outer edge which is comfortable. The surface seems easy to clean and is mouse friendly. The keyboard I use has the grippy feet on it and it does not slide around on the variegated surface of the shelf. I'm very pleased!

I didn’t realize this came in 2 pieces. It’s ugly. The two piece don’t match up no matter how hard I tried. It doesn’t slide smoothly and is just plain ugly. The clamps are so big at take up a lot of tabletop space. It’s overall ugly and overpriced. I’m returning it.
