This product is an absolute game changer! I bought this as a fun gadget for my husband who is a contractor and it has become such a staple item I ended up buying a new one for myself to use as a Realtor! This makes measuring large interior spaces effortless and can even calculate square footage for you! Seriously this device has saved me so much time and it’s so cheap. It’s a great way to impress clients as well by being able to whip it out and measure things without having to clumsily measure using a tape. My only criticism of the product ia that I wish it was easier to use and the programs were better explained in the booklet as it takes a minute to figure out.

The materials are not very solid, and I doubt if it will withstand a fall from a medium height, but the measurements are quick to make and the options it offers are easy to use.

I purchased this product because I'm always doing sets for meetings, theater style sets and classroom sets at my job, and we always have to do lines in order to maintain the chairs or tables straight, and this little wonder gets the job done. Love it!!

I love this little bugger and can't believe I've been struggling with a metallic pull-out measurer for so long! You know the kind I mean...you have to tug it out by the arm-length, try to get it even with the edge you're trying to measure while it twists on you, and when you've gotten your measurement, it comes reeling back as if it's going to take your hand off.No more of that with this measurer. Turn it on, put the edge of the measurer where you want to start the measurement and press the measure button.This one also has two leveler bubbles, which really helped me to keep a straight line to the end, assuring accuracy. It has a fair amount of buttons, which I was wary about, but the instruction pamphlet is succinct. Also, the buttons are fairly intuitive to use. I even use the +/- with ease, which I didn't think I'd even try. But, that's how easy this device is to play with.It also remembers your measurements which is handy. I'm not always organized enough to have pen and paper at the ready, and my memory for tons of numbers is...well, let's just say I'm no Rainman.Lastly, it saves on the hands. My manual measurer wreaked havoc on my tendonitis/arthritis. This has been a godsend.

It’s really handy how it switches through different measurements. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because i am still learning how to use a digital tape measure so I can’t be 100% on accuracy. But it measures pretty darn close. I did several tests measuring with this tape measure vs traditional take measure and they weee exact every time.

I was really excited to try this product. However it performed extremely poorly in sunlight outdoors. it really didn't pick up the distance over 30 feet during the day time. indoors it worked great but it is not for outside use it all.

I got this to replace another one I'd bought a few years ago. My previous one started giving inaccurate readings and couldnt calibrate. I hope this one stays longer. The price and quality are good. I wish it came with a more sturdy soft case rather than the thin pouch.

Working as described, the only thong that annoys it is kinda slow , takes like 5 sec to measure.

This is a good compact device that does everything as advertised. It does has a bit of learning curve to use it. It gets tricky if you want to measure inside a window frame so keep that in mind.This is a good tool to have once you become comfortable on using it. Good price for what you get!
