A good row handle. Once you get the spinning handles properly situated in your hands, they are comfortable. Lightweight, which can be good, but also makes me question how much weight they can support. I have only had 100lbs on the cable so far, and they felt solid.

I liked the grip but thought the fact it was mostly plastic might be a problem. I use it for fairly heavy rows. So far it shows no signs of wear and tear and the plastic is stronger than I imagined.

Great handle design, metal feels solid and not hollow like some other products I have had. Handle design helps prevent CT flareups.

These are pretty good; however, the attachment point should be inline with the handles not cross ways. When I hook it up to the row or pull down machine it binds up. Also the grip could be a little fatter or a molded cushion. Otherwise they work fine.

Attachment isn’t very heavy, hand holds feel awkward, they are made to be comfortable so you have to get your hands on them just right. Quality is great. Size is as described . Decent value for money. Easy to use and set up.

Entirely plastic construction other than the "O" where you clip onto your cable (metal). Handles swivel and fit nicely in the hand, good molded hand fit. No flex when lifting heavy and does not add any weight to your wrists vs using a metal version. I have large hands (2XL gloves) and it fits well enough to comfortably use.

This is a solid piece to use for your back, but for some odd reason, they thought making the handles very hard and with edges and ridges is a good idea!! There are grooves for your thumb and finger, which is fine. But the handle material is made of such hard material that leaves a mark in your hands, even when wearing lifting gloves. I am returning it.

The handle has a solid construction. The grip is molded to fit the hand in a particular way and direction so it's only comfortable in one position. Also, as the grip is in plastic it doesn't move as freely when I'm making movements with it.
