My new home has 5 fruit trees and they were struggling to survive. Used this tool to puncture through the top grass/gravel layer keeping the water from getting to the tree roots. Easy to assmble and sturdy in use.

This tool is really excellent for small areas that need reseeding. It does aerate as expected, but also will break up the soil if twisted a little when the ground is impaled. Sod and leaves cling to the spikes, but not a big inconvenience. It is very solidly built, not at all flimsy. I am happy with this tool.

This manual lawn aerator is easy to use and does a great job. The 13 iron spikes make quick work of aerating the soil, and my lawn already looks healthier. It is sturdy, solid, quality! A great tool for any yard!
