The screen worked great and installed with little issue. However, if you install it and the keyboard and trackpad no longer work in Windows, go into device manager and disable the "Intel Integrated Sensor Solution" in the System Devices. Then reboot and the keyboard and trackpad will start working again.

There was a large, business card size sticker on the front of the screen. It warned about being careful while handling. After installing and sealing the new screen in its laptop overnight, I removed the glued on sticker carefully with "Goo Gone". (15 minutes before my customer was arriving to pick the unit up.) Under the sticker were 6 large gouges and 5 bubbles in the laminate!In 35 years running a computer repair shop, doing more than 1000 screen replacements, I have never had a supplier attempt such a deception.

HP touchscreen screen replacement work perfect quality of product is great screen colors match from original one you only need to unplug 2 connectors that bigger one has a tilt lock wire it pulls from the front up and it tilts all way back like paint can handle, once this is all of way back you can slide the connector out this is hard to see in the video that's why I'm trying to explain this l, for the smaller connector just pull the tape out and it would slide out easier.Note: description says no camera included don't worry about that camera is mounted separately on the back cover and you don't have to do anything with the camera or other sensors.

This was a perfect fit to replace a screen that had cracked when my laptop got stepped on. Installation video is easy to follow. Just make sure to remove remaining black adhesive strip residue on the inside and wipe down with a alcohol wipe to provide a clean surface before mounting new screen with adhesive strips as shown in the video.

The connections aren’t the same and the hinge doesn’t even line up correctly and not I’m very irritated because now that I pulled out my old screen which still lit up and worked! Won’t work now because with the screen cracked pulling it out just ruined it so thanks for nothing
