Everything went great at first, they showed full ink but after I printed a small test image the cyan was empty, the black was a little over half full and the yellow and pink are almost empty. Very frustrating!Update-I tried exchanging the item for another to give it another chance but unfortunately I had already thrown the original packaging away so I was unable to do that. Instead I purchased it again to give it the second chance and this round was able to print 3 pages and ran out again. I am so frustrated and disappointed.

So far so good. I haven’t been able to sublimate yet but the machine hasn’t had any hiccups. I’ll update when I’m able to sublimate and compare the colors. Hoping this is a better alternative.

I received all eat in the magenta would not be recognized by my printer it was not the printer because it recognized the old one had one replaced still did not work then mail them again that I needed a replacement and did not get one

Compared to the Ricoh cartridges this is a great deal ($33). That's less than just one OEM cartridge. Print quality is ok. Not excellent, but good enough. I make a lot of sublimation mugs and these work just fine. Non credevo di trovare un ink migliore dell'originale, posseggo una SG800 ed ho usato vari ink, come l'originale anzi anche meglio

Per ora ho sostituito una cartuccia e ha funzionato. I colori mi sembrano buoni. Però il mio giudizio è relativo perché questo inchiostro si mescola con altri inchiostri originali non esauriti. Potrò valutare meglio quando avrò sostituito tutte le cartucce.
