I ordered this on Amazon, but sadly it was lost somewhere in transit. Ultimately I had to purchase it locally.It's a great roasting pan and at least for me is the perfect size for most roasting needs. I do have a larger roaster, but it's so big I rarely use it.I definitely recommend this roaster UNLESS you have an induction range. Contrary to what some say, THIS IS NOT INDUCTION CAPABLE. Even the Le Creuset website says it is NOT induction compatible. Just for the heck of it I tried it on an induction range and no, it did not work.In summary, as long as you don't have an induction range, this is a very well made roasting pan, in what I believe to be the perfect size for a prime rib or turkey up to 12lbs.

This was the perfect size roasting pan for a faThis roasting pan is a perfect size for a small family. Roasted a 10lb turkey wonderfully & clean-up could not have been easier. Did not have any issues with the non stick rack as another reviewer stated in their post for the larger roaster pan. Overall the pan is heavy & well made...worth the investment. Looking forward to many years of using it.

I needed a pan last minute for my first time hosting the holidays as a family member's pan was too outdated. This is great! I have fit a 13 pound turkey on Thanksgiving and two 5 pound chickens for Xmas. I love that the sides aren't too high to allow for even browning of skin. The rack is easy to lift and is very sturdy. Glad I purchased this - it will last for years to come.

Overall this is a terrific roasting pan. It's lightweight and smaller for two or for a small family. A 4 or 5 lbs chicken fits easily. There are 2 minor quibbles. The nonstick I sert slides a little and when moving hot food I prefer it not to move at all. It also has a bottom that is not flat. It has a little ridge, not sure this is here except to keep the roasting rack in place, which doesn't work. It is still a great roasting pan that will last.

Love everything about this roaster. Maybe a tad pricey, but worth every penny. I had hunted for one that would fit my countertop Breville Smart Oven and this roaster is perfect. It's also sleek, beautiful and classy, which is another reason to want it. The brand was also an important factor. It comes with a wonderful, non-stick rack, and the roaster itself is super easy to clean with a little pre-soaking. The handles are positioned perpendicular to the roasting pan, therefore no extra loss of actual oven space due to bent right angled handles.It's the perfect size for a turkey breast or a roasting chicken. Maybe a smaller turkey too.Endless possibilities!

A 'radiant ring' is listed among the suitable heat sources. A radiant ring is not the same as induction. Perhaps this is the source of confusion.(It's still a nice unit, and I am pleased with the purchase.)

The best part about this is the size. It’s smaller than my other roaster which I use specifically for doing a turkey a couple times of year. I wanted something smaller for almost every other roast, or chicken that I would be doing and this should be perfect. Small is hard to find so very happy. The quality is apparent from the moment you take it out of the box. It will be a staple in my kitchen
