They really do look very real. I was surprised at how authentic they look. It comes with four templates for mounting. That sure made things a lot more easy. Some people complained that they were hard to install, but they are just as hard to install as a smoke detector or anything else. The key is to get the screws in the wall in the right spot. After the screws were in, on one of them I had to tap on the screw to scoot it over a bit. I would definitely buy these again.

Battery life is very good if you want the red light. Quality is good, good value for money, and are very easy to set up.The red light is bright enough. Item preforms as expected.

I have real actual working security cameras on my 2nd home away from home. But recently had a privacy fence put across the front of the property. Difficult to install working camera's on my new fence and link with my exterior cameras. So I ordered these, put the batteries in and drilled and placed. It is so cool to drive up and still dark out and see these red lights flashing on them. Looks very legit, and actually matching my REAL working cameras. I just think more is better in my case, and these cameras do a fantastic job., hard to tell the difference. The price is EXCELLENT.

They look real but I had my doubts about battery life, even before I got them. Each one takes 3 AA batteries. Put batteries in one of the units when I got it and after 24 hours, the blinking red LED is noticeably dimmer. I'd be surprised if the LED stayed active for a week.So I mounted them (a mounting template is enclosed) which was easy, but left batteries out.

So, when I got these fakies, they did not match my GeoVision cams. The lens was clear and there was a small hole over the lens. I took them apart and sharpied the Lans so it was black and placed some black electrical tape on the inside of the hole. Man a man! They looked spot on from 3 feet away!

I have used this product for a number of years. They look real and hopefully keep the burglars away. They also hold up in extreme weather. They use to have an on and off switch that now is gone. I’m not sure that it was needed but it was a nice touch.

The cameras look very real, I put a label on them (cam 1, cam 2 etc.) to give a more professional installation look. However, the stickers sun fade very quickly, like after 7 days and when wet they become water stained and look very poor, tacky and show amateur and non-professional application and quality to which I think a criminal would laugh, scoff at and proceed to burglarize just based on the poor appearance of the Do-it-yourself sticker quality.The camera with red light flashing is far too frequent and runs the battery down way to fast. I could see you replacing them one a year, a less frequent flash would also mean less maintenance and risk of injury when placed in higher places requiring a ladder to change batteries.
