I read reviews before purchasing and was worried that the bulb(s) may not be bright enough to create a great glow effect. I was pleasantly surprised when I placed both bulbs in a 15ft x 25ft room and they worked awesome. For best effect, I would suggest placing bulb(s) in a high location pointing downward towards the center of the room thus preventing the bulb(s) from be being blocked. Installing bulb(s) in a light fixture with a reflector (clamp-on shop light with reflector works great) will greatly increase the effect even more. Bulb(s) should work great in a doorway or porch setting for Halloween or other occasions where you want to add a little more fun.

The bulbs aren't bad, but they could use a little improvement. Customer service is exactly how customer service should be, quick, easy, and painless.

Replaced front porch bulbs with this pack of 2 black lights and they are brighter than most we've purchased in previous years, so it doesn't feel like you are approaching your door in total darkness. Happy Halloween!

The LED UV Black lights worked fine but they didn't feel that they were a 100W equivalent. I kept them to help me make some Glow-in-the-dark 3d printed items glow brighter. I used these outdoor over garage doors and think they might work better inside or in an enclosed area.

These bulbs do put out a good UV color and are somewhat fairly priced LEDs. I’m still a little on the fence about the brightness output though.

I have these in my bathroom and everything is glowing. They are bright and low wattage but very bright.
