We are absolutely amazed at how well built and strong this piece of equipment is! I weigh 236lbs and it does not move at all which is why I checked a lot of different brands reviews etc so glad i choose this one! It will not bend it is very versatile which we love we have a variety of equipment pieces and this is my absolute favorite. It took about a hour or so to put together very easy to build the instructions are well put together and it’s all big pieces. Giving it a âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸

This is by far one of the most stable and yet simple workstations.This is a replica of XR-109 that Gold's Gym ordered and manufactured by ICON health and fitness. If you google it, you can find PDF for assembly instructions.The reason that I went with this station instead of some of the less expensive with 5 stars is "stability". The base is 57 inches. A stable base is needed when you are doing chin ups. Other cheaper stations combine pullup side and Vertical Knee-Raise side on the same side which could hinder your pullup movement.Also, more expensive ones include a bench which is cumbersome when you want to change from one movement to another.The only drawback is hardware. As can be seen from the pic, the screw stripped easily. I contacted support and they quickly replied and request that I sent them my address. Unfortunately, replacement bolts were not any good. I ended up ordering stainless steel carriage bolts from Amazon.

Works as advertised. Easy assembly with 2 people. Can be done with one, just takes a little longer. I weigh in at 215 lbs, Pull-ups, push-ups, dips, no issues.

The screw-heads on the base of the unit are (and must be) *recessed* for the unit to sit flat and be stable during use. As you can see from the included pictures, our screw head recesses were not done to a consistent depth. This caused (a) protruding screw heads that would protrude out farther than the others and cause instability, (b) "hot points" that would damage the floor surface during use, and (c) screws that came up short because they were not seated deeply enough in their recesses - not enough exposed threads for the lock nuts to catch. Really disappointed because the unit felt robust compared to the 2x2 square-tube construction ones we looked at. Sorry to have to return this tomorrow on my own time.

This was great addition to my gym.. it’s built well and we can do multiple workouts. Pretty stable during the workouts.. only downside would be that bench is bit short.

Along with others, I experienced the problem with missing bolts and nuts due to the hardware package breaking open during shipping. This required a trip to the hardware store before finishing assembly.

The tower it self is well constructed and good quality. Unfortunately it arrived without any of the screws at all. Credit to the seller though as they responded quickly and sent them out to us. Very happy with the tower so far.

Since there was no reviews before purchasing this tower, it was not easy to make the buying decision. However the pictures and the description encouraged me to go for it. I am writing this review to share my experience and help everyone considering this item to make the right decision.I have been using it for a few days. Delivery was fast. Assembly was fast as I used some tools from my garage. It takes 1 to 2 hours depending on your tools and speed. Hope the bolts were numbered. Once you open the bolts pack keep them in order to make assembly easier and faster. The tower looks sturdy, yet I doubt it can take up to 500 pounds. I am around 230 pounds and it holds up my wieght quite well. It's stable when used for push-ups or pull-ups. However the base moves a tiny bit, not because of my weight, but rather probably from my foor. The added bench makes a great value of the purchase. It's very versatile and could be used for doing so many exercises. It's fairly priced.The bench knob arrived broken. I contacted the manufacturer and they responded professionally and promised to send the replacement part ASAP.Overall, I love it and I recommended it.

This unit is nice and sturdy. The video makes it easy to assemble, and it's solid when doing pull ups and dips. I highly recommend it for part of your home gym.

Arrived in a day and a half. Took about 3 hours 45 minutes to assemble because I was alone doing it and didn’t have much space to lay things out properly. Worth every penny. Will definitely last for years to come.I’m 6’ 3.5†tall and the pull up bar on its highest setting is perfect. This is the first non professional gym pull up machine that accommodates my height. I’m also 225 pounds and it feels solid even with a weighted vest on.
