Got this dip bar to add to my home gym setup. It’s very solidly built and easy to assemble. Took me about 30 minutes to put together by myself. Also love the range of height adjustment. I weigh about 260lbs, so this is the one you should get if you’re a bigger guy.

This was so easy to put together. I like the grip size. A good price. I would say the quality of the metal is decent. I feel like this will hold up well for a few years or more. It performs better than most I've used. The thickness of the metal is above average and seems to be really strong.

I was slightly on the fence about this setup prior to ordering because I thought how could this setup possibly be stable enough to look good, have adjustable height, and have adjustable width. I weigh over 300 pounds and I really wanted to make a dip bar apart of my home gym. With all of the rack dip bar options and separate setup options, I’m glad I chose this one. My reservations were eliminated immediately after I put it together. It feels safe, sturdy, and doesn’t take up too much space either. I’ve been using it almost every day since I bought it and I am extremely happy. Make sure after you adjust the width and height you REALLY tighten up the adjustment knob otherwise you will feel a slight wobble that might concern you.

The assembly of the Seleware Heavy Duty Dip Bar was straight forward. The Dip Bar was stabile when doing dips, pushups and leg raises. Working out on the Heavy-Duty Dip was good. I have owned the Dip Bar for 6 weeks and have used it twice a week. There is a metal bar that can be adjusted to increase or decrease the width between the vertical Dip Bars. The metal flange [not weld] has bend so that one of the upright dip bars is not vertical but leans substantially to the left. That is unacceptable for a Heavy-Duty Dip Bar that advertises itself for 1000lbs, I weigh 220 lbs. I would expect this to last year's not 12 workouts. There is only a 30day warranty on this item. I would not purchase it again.
