This is very well made and Installing it made me a little nervous, because there obviously is a lot of force on the doorframe, and there was a fear of the wood cracking. My walls are concrete, so the wood in the doorway couldn't give much. You may see some separation of the wood in the door frame when fully tightening the bar, but just do it slowly. MAKE SURE you have a very sturdy doorframe before attempting to install this. The bar has levels on either side, which is very convenient, as it can be a pain making sure it's perfectly level.

I purchased this for my 10 year old son for Christmas. He loves to workout and play football and loves to pull-up and flip on this. My only concern is the pressure from the bar has started separating the wood frame around the door frame but that can be easily fixed.I would recommend putting it up in a brick door way if you do not want this issue. By the way, it holds my 6foot 3 and 250 pound husband.We thought of putting two wooden posts in the ground with concrete so that they can use it outside. Great product.

This product was easy to mount between a doorway without any damages to frame. I use this pull up bar to hang so I can stretch my back. Works and feels great.

When I installed this pull-up bar, it broke my dry-wall and even if I managed to installed it I am not feeling comfortable as it would not hold my weight securely. I will return this item.

East to assemble, anywhere. Very sturdy. Just make sure to tighten well when twisting bar into place.The foam that it comes with is garbage. Ripped the first time and didn't last very long after that. Better of getting some grip tape. Works very well.

This is just what I wanted to hang a kids swing cocoon in a doorway. Very strong,stays solid and doesn't damage woodwork. Easy to install. They can do pull ups on it in a couple years. Grip is great.

My brother who is 260 lbs used it and it held well both in a door frame and in a corridor (wall to wall) I’m 195 lbs and it holds me with sign of movement/detaching. I use it on a corridor and extend it to around 39†which is well beyond the recommended use, but it holds well although I would not recommend, I yolo it.

I do recommend this product. it's not umi/omi one, but it does same jobs as the most used ones. Sturdy, easy to install and lifts quite a lot of kg's!

Pretty sturdy bar, no English instructions and even then the instructions are not correct. Furthermore the arrows on the bar that should help navigate which way to turn for tightening or loosening are incorrect so i recommend to try and try until you figure it out… all in all it’s pretty standard ðŸ‘
