It was disappointing when I received the computer and it would not turn on. I contacted PC Online and they had me ship it back to them to repair. I sent it out on Monday and got it back on Saturday. It works great. PC Online was amazing in their quick response to the, obviously minor, problem. Even though it started out as a problem the seller's quick response turned it into a positive experience. I highly recommend PC Online for computer needs and the Lenovo is a great computer.

I do a lot of shopping on Amazon. Unfortunately, this is the 2nd computer I have purchased from them in the past 8 years AND, this is the 2nd computer that has arrived that has a component issue. This Lenovo's integrated camera does not function properly, indicating it is covered or the switch is off. So, after many hours spent with phone support as well as an on site IBM technician that came to my home, the camera still does not operate. I would have preferred to return this computer for the exact same computer, but they would not allow me to do that. Instead, I would be offered a full refund and then I'd have to shop for another computer or buy the same computer again if available. Well, I purchased this computer on Cyber Monday and if I were to return it and then purchase it again, it would cost me another $250 or so. So, I decided to keep it and buy a much better USB camera for $39.00.

Great Computer. Fast, lots of memory, like Windows 11. Could not be more pleased.

Not happy at all computer freezes up all the time and not very fast. The listing said it had a 4.9 speed when it is only 2.4 speed big difference. And of course, noticed after the 30 days to return so I am stuck with a $1000 computer I cannot return.

Have had this computer for about two weeks, and it works perfectly. Am very pleased with the quality of the screen (anti-glare) and the easy to read keyboard. The Black Friday price was attractive and delivery was delayed a couple of days, but arrived in perfect order. Would recommend this computer.
