Bought some like this before, work nice to move (fold down) shelf out of way when not used.Launder room, shoe shelf near heat run to dry out wet golf shoes, hiking boots.

But not as well as you want, for the money it is a value. I've been using them on my smoker for an extendable tabletop, and I found them sturdy. Unfortunately it is stiff when you collapse the system. The system is easy to install, with the hardware that is included. And functionally it works, just a little creaky

I'm using these brackets to create a shelf for my smoker. They're affordable and appear very sturdy. I've used these for other projects like a laptop stand next to my desk and they work great. They're very easy to install.

I purchased this to add a small shelf on the side of the dresser next to the bed, there is not enough room for a night stand next to the bed but I needed a shelf to hold wallet, keys, watch. etc or to hold an alarm clock next to the bed. These shelf brackets worked great, I used a piece of scrap board I had and covered it with peel and stick black velvet so things won't tend to slide off the shelf as easily, and it will protect items on the shelf from being scratched. It's very convenient that it easily folds down when not in use. Took about 20 minutes to install, start to finish!

I got these to make a shelf for my cats who like to look out the screen window of the outside storm door. The screen is halfway up and the cats had been jumping up and hanging on the screen - this was no good of course.I would put a stool in front of the door for them to sit on, which they loved, but then there was a stool in front of the door.I wanted to make a shelf for them, but there is only about 2-3 inches of space between the storm door and the regular door.These brackets were perfect. They are easily strong enough for both cats jumping up on the shelf and it quickly and easily folds down to shut the door at night.Purrrrrfect.

It arrived with no wrappings or instructions just the bare brackets and an open bag of screws and wall mounts. No matter how secure it is to the wall. The joints of the brackets wobble back and forth. Don’t buy it!
