In general, Otto 128 Hz Tuning Fork can be placed on any joint, trigger points or any soft tissue area that is safe to receive pressure.
Note* When vibrating any area never do more than three taps and placements of this fork in an area because more tapping will just exhaust your tissues and nullify the benefits of the Nitric Oxide.
Application for Use
Point 1
Activate the fork then place the stem of the fork on your sternum, your chest bone. Feel the vibration and imagine your heart softening.
Point 2
Activate the fork then place the stem of the fork on your third eye—the space between and just above your eyes. Close your eyes and feel the vibration move through your cranium.
Point 3
Activate the fork then place the stem of the fork on your sacrum, the bone at the base of your spine. Close your eyes and feel the vibration move through your lower pelvis.
Activate the fork then place the stem of the fork on any acupressure/acupuncture site for 20 seconds at a time. Not to exceed three Placements in an area.

Otto is short for osteophonic, which means to vibrate the bones. These tuning forks have weights on the ends. When you tap these forks, they vibrate more than those that don’t have weights. The vibration is transferred to tissue and bone by placing the stem of the fork on the body.
The 128 Hz fork is used to help joint mobility. You can press it to any joint. It is great for loosening tight muscles and it helps balance the autonomic nervous system.
It is wonderful as a heart balance by placing the stem of the fork on the heart chakra and also as a third eye chakra balance.
Research suggests to use 128 Hz fork only twice on any one point. More applications can over-stimulate an area and reduce the nitric oxide effect.

It seems to fluctuate between C and C#... I'll try taking it by our local high school or a music store to have it checked.Not sure if it makes a great difference. It definitely helps the arches in my feet feel better.

This is like magic! I am not completely cured BUT, I can use my hand to open doors, close a Ziplock bag, brush my teeth etc.....(I was experiencing a lot of pain in my right hand for about three weeks, and it was getting worse, worse, and worse to the point that I could not even open a door knob or write something with a pen).BUT, when I got this amazing took, I used it once at night before to go to sleep... I didn't receive a relieved immediately, so I thought it didn't work for me... but, after that, I woke up in the morning feeling 50% better.... I am AMAZED! So now I am using it more during the day and for about 5 minutes before I go to bed. My hand is improving and I couldn't be happier! ... after 5 days, I am doing 70% better!

This tuning fork is terrible. The sound only lasts for 5 seconds. I’ve seen forks that last a long time. Cheaply made. I’m returning inc this thing. Not worth the money.

Came with all items as indicated. Visually the quality looks good.The vibrations have a sustain of about 10 seconds so multiple applications are needed.The frequency is higher than128 Hz, at 131 Hz. Not a major issue but the OM piece I bought from them was accurate at 136.1 Hz.
