I tuned my first piano! Found a YouTube video, and he used the same tools in his video, so it was perfect. Saved a few hundred bucks by tuning it myself. The wrench was exactly the right size. I wish the red felt was a bit thinner, but the rubber pieces were more user friendly for me.

I'm not a pro piano tuner, but I picked up these tools and used them with a tuning app on my phone to correct the pitch on a 100-year-old upright piano that was off by more than 30 cents. I don't see any reason for these not to have 5 stars...good price, includes the essentials, survived the tuning the process. I'm happy.

After watching a couple of Youtube videos I decided to try tuning my baby grand piano myself. Though time-consuming it was well worth the price of this item and I can now keep my piano in tune moving forward. If this is something you would like to try yourself I would recommend getting a good phone, or iPad app for tuning pianos. There are a few out there, but it is pretty straightforward, and once you get the hang of it you move through the process.

I haven't played my Yamaha in several years because it was so out of tune, and I just couldn't bear calling the local piano tuner again knowing I could probably do just as good a job myself and save $100+. So I watched a couple of YouTube videos and ordered this kit. It arrived exactly as described, and after loading a tuning app on my phone, I set about tuning my piano. It took me about two hours from start to finish, and I'm very satisfied with the results. In short: the tools in this kit do the job, and matched with some patience and practice, anyone should be able to use them to tune their piano.
