I love this headset. Amazing sound quality. Fit is comfortable. Very durable. Very functional as a truck drive. The design on the ear pieces makes for perfect hearing in a loud truck. They are very easy to use and get set up. Battery life is exceptional.

I needed a comfortable headset that was dependable and multi-functioning. Previously, I used standard blue-tooth buds for my phone and tablet and an USB headset for for laptop. I didn't care for the comfort level of the traditional buds, so I decided to try this product mainly for my devices. I am happy I made this purchase. First, it was easy to connect to each device. Secondly, the comfort and sound level was exceptional. I use my phones to test acoustical models, so I need a decent microphone. This worked perfectly! For pleasure, I listen to music and use my tablet to also connect my Roku app to listen to television audio. The charging life, sound quality, and comfort level are perfect for recreational use.Finally, I tried using the blue-tooth technology to connect to my laptop. I've experienced issues connecting blue-tooth devices in the past, but LEVN Bluetooth Headset offered no resistance! It worked well using softphones, web interfaces that required audio and microphone usage, and Teams and Zoom meetings. This wasn't originally purchased for this purpose, so it is a bonus that I can use it in so many ways easily. Very happy with this purchase!

These headphones are decent for the price. I have no complaints about the sound quality, or the microphone quality.The comfort level is ok for what it is. These are "on-ear" headphones, meaning the cans do not surround the ear, but they will press your ear against the side of your head. If you wear glasses (which I do), this will get uncomfortable after a few hours. This is personal preference, however, so I won't ding this product for it, as it is labeled as "on-ear", so it was my fault for not taking that into account. (What I need is "over-the-ear" headphones.)The other caveat is another thing that may not affect all users. If you are trying to use these for gaming, or any other use case where you need to use the microphone and hear in stereo at the same time, these will not work for you. This headset uses only Bluetooth for wireless connectivity, and this is a limitation in Bluetooth. I will usually be in a voice chat on Discord while in a game. With this (and any other Bluetooth-only) set, once you are in voice, it will switch the audio from stereo to mono sound. Otherwise, if you have stereo sound, the microphone is not active. (This is because the microphone is only available in the "Hands-free telephony" mode, which does not support stereo audio.) So, not necessarily this product's fault, since it does not claim to support any other wireless protocol, but something I was unaware of, and you should be aware of if this will affect you. If you do want stereo audio while using the mic, I believe that headsets that use 2.4GHz for wireless should do the trick.Because of these two issues, I will be returning these and getting an over-the-ear 2.4GHz wireless headset instead.

I love this headset!! It’s extremely comfortable. I wear it a minimum of 12 hours a day. And it never hurt my ears or my head. You can see in my photos that the cushion for the ear is open a bit so your ear fits so nice and snug in that bed and the surrounding padding is so soft. Accross the headband is also cushioned. The microphone flips to either side. So you can have it on your left or right side. The arm of the microphone is bendable as well so you can easily adjust to the perfect distance from your mouth. The sound quality is exceptional!! Background noise is blocked very well. The range is long. I was able to leave my computer go outside and walk my dog and still be connected! I did have to purchase a usb Bluetooth dongle as my computer did not have Bluetooth capabilities which was inexpensive, just check your system ahead of time so you know if you will need one as well. I know it holds a charge a minimum of 12 hours I don’t know past that as I charged it nightly, as to not risk it dying in the middle of my workday. Set up/pairing was very simple, it does take a little bit of time though, so don’t wait until the last minute to pair it or panic, however, you only have to do it once per device . Yes, they can pair with more than one device at a time; which is nice to go between my desktop and my laptop. The power and volume buttons are easily accessible. The mute isn’t a button you just tap the little circle. The only thing I had an issue with was muting, I work from a remote call center if I had it muted when a call came in I could not unmute it and I could not mute it in the middle of a call. Once the call is connected the mute option did not work for me. Other than that these are perfect I would most definitely buy them again. Great Purchace!
