Basic plug and play set up. Easy to use and works well. Only note is that you cannot hear yourself speaking through the earphone when speaking. Not an issue for me but may be for some.

Bought these for work at home job. Customers could not hear me on the loudest setting. I kept them and woll maybe use for listening to things that doing need a lot of volume.

When I'm using this wired headset, I can hear people much more clearly than when I was using a wireless bluetooth headset. Also, people can hear me clearly on the boom mic, which does swivel up and back so that the headset is reversible (left ear vs. right ear).

I bought this to attend meetings working at home without everyone in my house hearing my calls. It’s light, doesn’t put heavy pressure on the top of your head and the ear pieces turn to fold flat for easier storage. It came in a little reusable box to store if you want. It was a great price point for what I needed. The mute function is great and there’s a volume adjust beside it. I do wish the ear covers were a little larger as they slide around a little when wearing and I find myself adjusting it often. Great affordable option if only using for shorter periods of time. It also comes with different adapters to meet all options to plug in.

Livré très rapidement, emballage solide (2 boites), produit de qualité (solidité, qualité des plastiques et de l'oreillette).Qualité audio très correcte, micro a réduction de bruit efficace. Je recommande.A noter, travailler avec une seule oreille n'est pas toujours pratique dans un environnement bruyant (mais ça permet de garder une oreille sur les enfants en cas de télétravail).

Gute Qualität zum fairen PreisEinrichtung:Die Installation lief von alleine und ich musste nichts weiter unternehmen. Kinderleicht. Getestet habe ich es bisher mit Windows 10 und meinem Mac OS Big Sur.Qualität:Da meine Kollegin das selbe Headset bestellt hat, kann ich auch das Mikro gut beurteilen. Ich finde, es ist eine super Qualität; sowohl der Ton, und auch das Mikro.Bedienelemente:Hier muss ich sagen, dass diese bei mir nicht richtig funktionieren. Jedoch vermute ich, dass am Arbeitsrechner die Restriktionen meines Unternehmens greifen und die Tasten daher nicht richtig kompatibel sind. Am Mac allerdings funktioniert es auch nicht.Tragekomfort:Sitz eng, aber dennoch tut das Ohr nicht weh (es ist auch in der Größe verstellbar). Das ist mir auch das Wichtigste gewesen. Mein Headset davor hat mir immer glühende Ohren bereitet. Hiermit ist nun Schluss.Und falls der Call doch mal länger dauert, man kann das Headset an beiden Ohren tragen, da man das Mikro einfach beliebig drehen kann.Für mich, in diesem Preissegment, eine klare Empfehlung.

Fantástica compra. Últimamente tengo muchas reuniones a través de videoconferencias y es una lata escuchar el sonido ambiente de otros compañeros hablando alrededor.Los cascos son muy cómodos, se escuchan bien y, sobre todo, me escuchan bien!!!!Se adaptan perfectamente a la cabeza.Muy buena compra.De momento estoy muy contenta.Pd: lo uso en un mac, y al principio pensaba que no iba el audio. Tuve que configurar la entrada de audio y solucionado. Espero ayudar a alguien en este aspecto y que no piense que no funciona sin cambiar la configuración.

Buon prodotto. Funziona bene, ha però una sola cuffia, sul lato destro, perciò il suono si sente unicamente dal lato destro (dalle foto presenti al momento dell'acquisto non si capiva bene e non era specificato nelle informazioni). Sul lato sinistro l'auricolare non c'è.Comunque funziona bene, si autoinstalla nel computer (usb), si sente bene, parlando nel microfono gli altri sentono bene. Buon rapporto qualità / prezzo.In definitiva lo consiglierei.

Needed a good headset to make and take calls through soft phone via laptop as working from home I found I was using my personal mobile too much to call clients. Read the reviews for this and seemed most customers were happy with this product so went for it although it was above the amount I set out to pay.Product arrived next day and immediately tried it and it worked well. Quick to set up with USB connection. Earpad is comfortable. The mic can be adjusted and is a good length. I used it for Skype call and it worked a treat. I am not sure about the noise cancellation as the other person could hear my child singing in the background! I am glad I bought this as now I have been invited to a training session through Skype.I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a sturdy headset.
