I'm not sure why, but this 74C1HC0 mechanically fits perfectly in the CS720DE printer, but gives an error message on the screen and will not function. Maybe this one is only "acceptable" to the nearly identical CS725????

Please contact me about replacing this defective item. I buy these cartridges with great regularity, and after I used this one for a few days, the black ink output started streaking. I can send a picture of the paper streaks if you wish.
