How to Use?
1.Assemble the Meat Grinder.
2.Choose a no water and smooth counter and place the meat grinder on the edge,press it to expel the air from the suction cup, then turn down the knob to make the suction base suck on it .The ceramic or glass counter top is best work for the powerful suction base.
3.Place meat in the funnel (not hard frozen meat), place the pusher on top and turn the crank clockwise.
4.Roll back four times or more in the opposite direction when the handle of the meat grinder is very hard to shake with force.
Notes:
1.Insert the knife part in right direction (edge facing the grinding plate) as the pictures shows.
2.Please grind the meat in clockwise direction.
3.Wash thoroughly in warm soapy water before first use and wipe with dry cloth.
Some Suggestions
1.Suction didn't work?
You need to choose a no water and smooth counter and place the meat grinder on the edge of it,then press it to expel the air from the suction cup, and turn down the knob to make the suction base suck on it .The suction works well in this way.
2.Handle too long?
The long handle is more labor-saving than a short handle,it is designed to be used on the edge of counters.
3.The meat backed up and came out of the top?
Please grind the meat in a clockwise direction!
4.Leaked out of the back of the grinder where the crank inserts?
There was a pad ring to connect with the conveyor crew, to prevent meat juices from leakage, please install the parts correctly!

I am really liking this Manual Meat Grinder. It's easy to assemble and to break down, cleans up quickly and takes up very little real-estate in my small kitchen.I have nothing to compare it to but the unit seems very sturdy, the suction is outstanding so far and I'm thinking this thing will last for years. You do have to use it near the edge of your work space to accommodate the long handle but as you do need that extra length to give you the leverage to make the job easier on you I'm glad it is like it is.I did have it leak a tad from the back of the screw where the handle attaches but it was not much either time and an easy cleanup after. Knowing that this is a possibility you can set it up with a rag or paper towels under it to catch it.Clean up is too easy after you break it down (there are no nooks and crannies where small food particles could get stuck) and just let it drip dry in the Dish Rack or wherever. Cleaning the gristle or fat from the blades can be slightly troublesome but even that is no big deal.After it's clean and dry I put it all back it the original box so that it all stays together and it is a space saver .So far I have only ground Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts and Thighs but this Grinder speeds through them and makes the nicest Ground Chicken for my needs.If it ever breaks I will buy it again and have already recommended it to others.I made a video to add but it apparently got deleted. When/if I make another one I will come back and attach it.

Had a bit of confusion putting it together, but once I got the hang of it, it works beautifully. Ground up some very thick boneless pork chops and a few chicken thighs and it did a perfect job. So easy to operate and it stayed put and did not move one bit while grinding. Love it!

Wanted something easy and that didn’t require power. This hand crank grinder is great, though the suction could be better. Maybe it’s me or the surface I used it on, but overall good tool to have.

I was skeptical when I opened the box because it’s very lightweight and looks flimsy. It’s small and cute, looks like a toy. I really thought that it would jam or crack but wow, this thing can grind! I used it on (A LOT) of garlic and it crushed them up so quickly. I then used it on pork and it works like a charm! Made some homemade garlicky pork sausage patties and the whole family is happy!This just might be my favorite Amazon purchase for this year!Only negative is that the suction slides when the base gets wet. I can live with that.

This is so easy to assemble and use. It is sturdy and holds on to my countertop perfectly. At first I was afraid the suction wouldn’t hold but it has surprised me and not let me down yet. I use it mostly to grind pork, chicken and beef to mix for my Chinese dumplings. It is so much cheaper to grind my own meats at home. One of these days I will use it for other things (sausages, churros, potatoes, etc) but for now it is the best quality grinder without the weight, awkwardness, or complications of the big bulky ones. It is dishwasher safe, so easy to clean. And it takes up so little space. Great product - highly recommend.

Simple to use very clean aesthetic.Actually works when i tried it.Theres a switch on the button to increase suction, to make the blender not move when you're using it which is a feature I like

Have not used it for meat but for lots of dough for Christmas cookies and it works well.It holds nicely on the counter and doesn't come loose.I would definitely recommend it
