I bought this model to try before I made a larger purchase, it does everything it says it would do, I am extremely happy. My balance is improved, Inflammation has decreased. I look forward to purchasing a larger plate as I tend to feel I am going to tip this one if I accidentally rock back and fourth. There are suction cups on the bottom and I have not tipped. It's just a personal feeling. Overall, the compact size is ideal for storage, carrying it from room to room and just like the description says a more petite individual. 5 STAR 🥰

I really love most aspects about this machine. It’s compact, sturdy, easy to navigate the remote control, the suction on the bottom stays in place while in use. The only issue is in the compact aspect, you have to have small size feet and I’m a foot size 9 and barely fit my entire foot on it, I wouldn’t be able to use this with shoes on because my foot length would exceed the foot space. I have the rose gold one and it’s really handsome and space saving. I have neuropathy issues, back pain and lymphatic issues in my knees so hoping this will help. Also it does cause your legs to itch after you walk off of it…itching goes away but it’s strange at first to experience all the itching coming off…maybe that means it’s doing its job:)

This vibration plate helps me heal and recover like nothing else. I want to hug and kiss whoever invented it and made it so affordable! I’m a very sporty person that’s riddled with injuries so recovery is such an important part of my routine. I have poor circulation, lipedema, osteoarthritis in my knees and Raynauds. The vibration plate relieves tension in my muscles after working out and has made my fatty legs less lumpy and bumpy. My legs feel a lot less heavy and stiff after using the vibration plate. Sometimes I can just rest my legs on and set it on a low speed for a relaxing boost. Other times I crank it up to max and get a sweat on doing lunges squats and push ups on the machine whilst watching TV, I love it!! So much that I’ve bought one for a friend with varicose veins and risks of DVT who says it was a game changer for her and even better when she broke her leg and couldn’t exercise she could work her muscles doing light exercises on the vibe plate. I recommended it to another friend of mine who had a knee replacement and is working on strengthening her legs she loved it so much she bought two! Honestly this is the best fitness purchase I’ve invested in.

This vibration plate works right out of the box! I like that it's compact & light weight so I can move it from room to room if I need to. It make's my feet feel like I have had a massage. It is great for my circulation! I have no excuse any more not to exercise. The booklet that comes with it gives shows you exercised you can do on the vibration plate.

Just received the vibration plate for my birthday. They say to start slow in which I just sat on the couch with my my feet on the unit. So far so good. Looking foward to standing and getting into other positions when I get use to it.

This vibration plate really shakes your booty and then some! It really gives you a good workout and works your muscles you didn't even know you had! Definitely worth the buy!
