If you have any issues with your product just reach out to them with WhatsApp and they’ll take great care of you.My unit came with a crooked handle and broken phone holder and when I sent them pictures of the problem they took care of me right away. Give them about 24 hours to get back with you.I love the vibrating unit, it has already helped me with my lymph nodes.

It’s a good beginner vibration plate. Nothing really to write home about. The phone or book holder is noisy if it’s empty and the handlebars are wobbly so make sure you hold on to it when in use. What should you expect for under $200? It’s good though! Works very well, gets the juices flowing!

Seems to be a very well made product. Works well. Good value for the money. I know I will use it often. The only issue I have is the handle bar is way too loose. Has to much movement, not as stable as I would like. Other than that I have no complaints.

The machine works but makes a lot of noise on my wood floor like its pounding away at it. The suction cups does keep it in one place. I call it my giggler and it does giggle!!!
