I originally purchased one of these shades in light filtering white, 8ft wide (96 inches), for our living room to help keep the afternoon sun in the summer from roasting us. I was so impressed by the quality, ease of installation and how they fit with my Andersen 400 series Casement Windows that I purchased 4 more of the shades in a different size for some other windows. These do a nice job of letting light in but providing privacy and heat reduction. Would certainly recommend to anyone searching for those 2 things in a shade.

I purchased five shades in total–all different sizes, and they all fit perfectly. Wrapped securely for shipping and not a ding or mark on them. They are lightweight, easy to install, and the color is exactly as pictured. I purchased all beige and light-filtering, which brightens up the room but does not flood it with direct sunlight. One shade was an inside mount, and the rest were outside mounts. The attached valance adds a nice finish to the windows.

We ordered these for our entire home. They are so simple to install and look very high quality! They look like custom blinds but for a fraction of the price! They are sheer enough to let in some light during the day. From the outside of the house, they provide a great amount of privacy. Take the time to measure properly, but the way they install, there is a little wiggle room on sizing. We got black to match our black frame windows and couldn’t be happier!The only complaint we have is that one (out of 12) blinds is a little hesitant to stay 100% down, so we either have to pull it under the window ledge or let it rest a few inches above.

I was initially hesitant to buy this shade, especially considering the price, but I decided to go for it—and I'm so glad I did! It's worth every penny. The quality is excellent, and it was incredibly easy to install. It only took me about five minutes to set it up on my own. I chose the light-filtering option for my office, and it has really enhanced the room. It also looks very neat from the outside. I will now order more for the rest of my windows!!

We needed a shade for our home office area, but wanted to keep some natural light. The shade does the job perfectly. The mechanism to manually close and open is smooth and holds in place at any position. Great value and adds a nice touch to the room.

Our dining room has 3 windows. It has a very nice view and make the room bright. We enjoy it very much. But it also take in a lot of sun, it tends warm up the room as well. We don't like the traditional blinds. They are too bulky and sometimes hard to pull up. We watch a lot of the reviews and the videos from previous owners. They were all very helpful so we decided to order them. It took 15 days to arrive and this is the only reason I took away one star. We love these shades. they are easy to install and the shades are very easy to pull up or down.

I am very happy with my 3 shades for my screened in porch. One section was 1/2 smaller than the other 2, and I LOVE that they have ALL the sizes! They look perfectly snug. The spring is very light and easy to pull down and get back up. The installation bracket is genius and makes for super easy installation and removal! They may cost a little bit more elsewhere, but it's worth it.
