Bought this bag about 3 months ago to keep my gear organized in my truck and it's a game changer! I store a full set of bunkers (step-in setup) and helmet int here, its a perfect fit! Even has enough room in the side pockets to add water bottles, a few protein bars, socks, a tee shirt and some face wipes for those wonderful 100° summer days. The bag keeps things organized, prevents my helmet from sliding in the truck bed and helps me gear up from the tailgate way faster.Pros:- incredibly durable- comfortable shoulder strap- spacious enough for full bunkers- looks awesomeCons:- haven't found any yet!

I like the upright style. I unzip the bag and step directly into my bunker pants without even unpacking it.Here's how I pack the main compartment, which will give you an idea of the size. My coat is on the bottom. Boots and bunker pants stand on one end of the coat. Helmet rests on the toes of the boots, with Nomex and gloves and vest wadded into the helmet. The compartment fits that much, in that shape — and nothing else. You'll have to decide whether it works for you, but that's exactly how I want my gear to be arranged. There are a variety of pouches on the outside. Each of the four vertical ones on the front and back would hold a large flashlight, or a couple of thick pairs of socks. I wish they had flaps to cover them, but they don't. The side pouches have zippers. They hold a folded t-shirt or a handful of notebooks.Does that help with the dimensions and layout? The quality seems just fine. After six months, I have no complaints. I personally like the black color because it stands out in a sea of red bags. The reflective stripes make sure that I can find it when it gets left in a dark environment.

Doesn't seem like this bag would work well for full sized structure bunkers as its just a tad small however I bought this to haul my Wildland PPE around & for that purpose its perfect.I have plenty of room in the main compartment for my boots, brush shirt, pants & helmet plus an extra pair of pants & my heavy Nomex jacket & there's still a bit more room for more if I needed. The side pockets are big enough for a heavy sweatshirt, Fire shelter in a dozer harness or odds & ends like snacks, goggles, beanie etc.The construction is of heavy duty nylon with a thick rubber bottom with HD zippers & the whole thing seems like it should last quite a while.Only time will tell now.

I got this gear bag in 2 days with Prime shipping. I was a little nervous with the purchase. Was it going to be big enough and not take up the entire back seat in my truck? I was pleasantly suprised. All of my gear fit!!!!!! 12 leather boot, 50/32 coat and 40/30 pants, N6A, MSA facepiece, and all the usual stuff still in my pockets (hood, gloves, rescue gloves, streamlight, webbing). Heavy duty carring handles and shoulder strap, high qaulity construction so far. I still have a lot of empty space in the side pockets for extra socks and dry t-shirt. I do like the black color should hide some dirt over time and looks sharp. I hope it holds up over time, impressed so far.

No complaints so far really. I had to find the perfect way to store my boots/pants (together), coat and helmet in the large opening. Not all helmets will fit on the side pockets. Also if you have a external visor on your helmet that’s a no go. New York style helmets have a bit easier go at it however. Super convenient, so far it is holding up pretty well.

When this arrived, I was skeptical to fit everything and still be able to zip the top closed fully. Not only did I have extra room, but fit more into the bag than I had thought I could.Durability seems like it will hold up.
