This a great combo. I currently have three chicks and this set up helps keep feed and water in front of them at all times. I like the feature on the waterer that you can fold out leg extensions to raise it up to help keep debris from getting in the water.I would safely say this would easily work for up to six chicks.I recommend this product and seller.

The handle on the waterer comes off, I have to pinch it with pliers to get it to hold on better, easy fix! There are shavings in it this morning, but typically it would be more shavings that water, and to be fair, I dumped WAY too many shavings in hahahaha... It's standing on its feet and if the shavings were lower I'd be surprised to see any shavings in it at all.The feeder ..... Eh ..They love it, mostly because they can slosh the food out everywhere, so it empties out really fast. I put a plate under it to keep it steady, but also to catch the food, so they eat off the plate, too. The feeder from the store works better in keeping the food INSIDE the feeder, but once they figured out how to get on top of it, the lid kept falling off and they'd poop inside it. Sooooooo we'll just live with the plate!It's sturdy, well made, doesn't feel cheap at all... Take the good with the bad!

The orange tray to the waterer was bent/warped when I received it, causing one of the legs to fail and pop out of place. As a result it is no different than any other without legs/extensions (which I already had and didn't need another). I can only use it flat on the ground, it's not adjustable.I would have given 5 stars if product wasn't damaged when I received it. I bought the product ahead of time so by the time I tried it out and discovered the damage, the return window had closed.

The legs on these waters really help keep them up outta the bedding for chicks. Very sturdy and hold up well with 20 chicks. Definitely recommend getting! Also their customer service is great.

I loved the idea. In reality, they get knocked over easily because they are too light. Maybe great for 3-5 small chicks?
