I purchased a set of 4 birdhouses for my grandchildren as a craft project. Since they are little, I screwed the pieces together. The 6 year old could have put the kit together himself, but it would have been tricky for the other kids who are younger.The pieces fit together well. The instructions were clear. The birdhouses look great!I really appreciated that each of the four kits had it own screwdriver and paint set, as well as all of the parts that needed to be put together.

These made for a great birthday party activity. My 6 year old and all his friends LOVED them and they were easy to put together. Only thing was there weren’t specific directions so we had to look up the picture on here to figure out how they should be put together.

Bought these for a Cub Scout Den meeting. It didn’t come with instructions but the kids were able to figure it out from the picture. It actually turned into a learning experience about being prepared before starting a project. Otherwise sturdy and a fun kids project

These bird houses are easy to assemble, fun to decorate and come with everything necessary to complete the project.

These come prepackaged in four packs with all the necessary items for 4 people to individually make their own birdhouse. The holes are pre drilled. You need to take a minute and realize where all the pieces will be assembled at since the directions are only a picture. It isn't hard, but you'll save yourself undoing a screw or two if you pause to see where everything goes. My group was 12-14 years old. They LOVED this project. They felt that putting it together was almost more fun than painting it. The little section that looks like a porch or is for bird seed was a favorite attribute of the kid's imaginations. This was worth the money as a party activity. The quality is good. You know it's real wood when that cedar like smell hits you. I would definitely buy this again. I can see it as a joint gift for families at Christmas, birthdays etc. If younger children are involved, an adult would need to be supervising. Adults would enjoy this as well.

These are pretty cute! I gave it a 4 stars because it doesn’t come with any instructions. You would think that it is pretty simple and self explanatory except some of our predrilled holes were drilled wrong and/or were too big. I ended up having to glue them and use the screws to make them more secure. But the kids loved them and loved that they had their own screw driver and paint. Overall, it was fun and I would probably buy them again!

Quality do wood is good. Easy to assemble good entertainment value. Family night was fun!
