- Note:The Virtual TF card has no memory. If you need to remove the Virtual TF card, please insert a common TF card to protect the USB-A interface.Ordinary TF card can use TF card function normally.

Quick Start
- Arduino:Click "File" in the upper left corner -> Preferences -> Additional Development >Board Manager URL -> Enter the URL in the input box. (ESP32S3 is a new chip, and the SDK version needs to be version 2.0.3 or above)

- Click OK and the software will be installed by itself. After installation, restart the Arduino IDE software. Search for ESP32 in Tools->Board Manager and install ESP32-Arduino SDK
- Copy all files in the lib folder to \Arduino\libraries
- Select the settings as shown. Note that the FLASH size partition and size may be modified depending on the board.
PlatfromIO:
- PlatformIO plug-in installation: Click on the extension on the left column -> search platformIO -> install the first plug-in Click Platforms -> Embedded -> search Espressif 32 in the input box -> select the corresponding firmware installation
- ESP-IDF:The installation method is also inconsistent depending on the system, it is recommended to refer to the official manual for installation
Micropython:
- tft_config.py is already built into the firmware. The examples in the examples directory can be used directly. For detailed function query, please refer to the Github .

Lots of features for a simple device. Limited to sub USB 1.1 speed writing to the SD card via the usb.SDcard r/w is rather slow via WiFi as well. I’m not sure what the bottleneck is.

The hardware is really nice - esp32s3 with display and micro sd reader in a tiny package. This one came with the qwiic socket, which is nice for attaching i2c devices. Apparently the newer versions no longer come with the qwiic.The main problem is the "support" from Lilygo. The "User Guide" (if you can find it) is a joke that just basically points to the github repo. The repo has only a few example programs, and none of them compiled out of the box. You have to read all the repo "issues" to figure out that you need to downgrade the arduino esp32 board package to 2.0.13, and upgrade the TFT_eSPI library to the latest git branch, and tweak the config file. Don't follow other suggestions by Lilygo, as they are mostly out of date.So, it's a nice device if you already are an arduino/esp32 programmer, and don't need a lot of working examples.

Be sure to use older versions of everything and check the git . First one I got was doa but the second one is good

THE ANTENNAS NEED TO BE CALIBRATED AND ARE NOT THE CORRECT FREQUENCY FOR THE DEVICES, SINCE THESE DEVICES ARE MEANT FOR BROADCAST/TRANSMIT THUS MAKES THEM USELESS UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO USE THEM IN THE LIVING ROOM.
