Measurement Range
Pressing and holding the MODE button, the screen sequentially displays RPM modes such as 01RPM, 02RPM, and 03RPM.

Hours Mode

Took me several minutes to figure out how to switch it to "two-stroke engine" mode. Once done, however, the tach worked find with my old two-stroke snow thrower. I used it with the included clamp on the spark plug wire and looping its wire through the two holes on the side of the tach. The readings were steady and appeared to be correct by the sound of the engine. Just need to work on improving the English in the instructions.

I used this to tune my chainsaw as an extra confirmation that the H side of the chainsaw is set correctly. It works with the clip on the spark plug and without it if placed near it. I also used it on my lawn mower, leaf blowers, and edger. It's great, cheap, and gets the job done.

I have a John Deere 325. The specs says that the fast idle speed is 3400 rpm. This device measured 3250 rpm. I guess the engine is a little slower than it should. A nice product. Very easy to use.

I had low expectations of this cheap tach, but it seemed to show the same specs as the manual for my leaf blower, which saved me screwing up the carb adjustments. Not sure how durable it will be, but it's so cheap it almost doesn't matter

Easy to use but completely unreliable results; measurements are hundreds if not thousands of RPM's off of credible numbers.
