These are good heavy duty sockets for injector lines and the like. Many injector and sensor sockets spread pretty easily, but these are really robust and work very well. The 17mm fits Isuzu/Duramax fuel injector lines, as well as some exhaust sensors/lines for various OEMs. The 21mm is perfect for Paccar MX-13 fuel lines.

I used the 21mm on my front struts of my 1998 VW TDI. It worked great. Nice and hefty build.

Some of these injector lines are very difficult to tighten properly. This tool has been the best answer so far.

I got these sockets hoping that the 19mm one would have enough room in the center for me to insert a 1/4" drive 9mm socket so I could hold the center shaft of a shock absorber in place while I used the 19mm socket to torque down the top nut on the shock absorber. Unfortunately it didn't work out as the 19mm socket is too narrow inside to fit the 9mm socket. These look like they would work well for their intended purpose though so I can't fault them for not working with my "off-label" project.

The 17mm socket here is absolutely required for doing some sensors, like the pre-turbo EGT on a CJAA from a 2011 VW Golf TDI.Solidly built, as one would expect from a Lisle tool.

Too thick does not fit for German brands vehicle.Should buy snap on tools.

They make life much easier. I’d prefer a thinner wall for tight engines but great tool
