Works great with different brand oil pressure sensors. Good fitment, no slop when using it. Works as expected.

This oil pressure sensor socket is light and short wall design for fitting tight spots. I used it to remove the oil pressure sensor on 2010 cadillac cts. If I used regular socket, I had to remove power steering hard lines and bleeding power steering system afterward. But by using this socket, I had done that job in no time. And definitely didn't have to do all that. Right tool would make jobs done easier and properly. It's worth for its price.

Tried my matching sockets but of course this is an extra tall sensor and they weren't deep enough. Now you have this really long socket for nothing but this one GM oil pressure unit

This tool was perfect for the job I had to do. Replacing the oil pressure sensor on a 2012 Jeep Wrangler JKU. If I didn't have this tool, it would've taken way longer than what it already did. I am happy I bought this!

I watched one of my go to youtube channels for replacing the oil pressure sensor on a 2014 Dodge Charger. The mechanic recommended this and put a link in the description (Motorcity Mechanic). I am glad he did because having this shorter one made it easier to get the wrench in. The only down side is that it is not long enough to completely cover the bolt as a longer one would. I catches about 3/4 of the bold so it could be an issue if you have a stuck sensor. I also ended up breaking the old one coming out as the socket pushes into the socket and it comes out a bit on the inside. So when you place the socket on the sensor, the ratchet goes on next the square did not snap into the socket with the sensor inside. That being said, if you can't get your longer one in, this worked great. If it is recommended in your how to video, follow that advice and pick this up for your tool kit. It is always good to have it on hand when you are deep into a job that disables the motor until you are done. Can't run off to the store to pick one up. Best to have it on hand.

This socket was perfect for the task. However, replacing an oil pressure sensor on a GM LT engine is not the easiest task. Access is limited and you have to work by feel unless you have a video borescope tool. If your hands are large this method may not work for you. The first challange is to remove the electrical connector on the top of the sensor. I couldn't get it off using my fingers and ended up using a loop of wire to hook the latching clip and lift the connector off. After that things went quite smoothly. The socket fit nicly on the sensor, but it dropped out of the socket on the way out and I couldn't recover it. Before installing the new sensor I put a strip of electrical tape in the socket to ensure that the sensor was secure, I should have done this before removing the old sensor. Be careful when you fit the new sensor, you don't want to cross thread it!

Perfect fit, had no dramas fitting the new sensor.Would of preferred it to be 1/2 inch drive, however, 3/8” drive does the job.

まさしく痒い所に手が届くという言葉がピッタリです。通常の27ミリのディープソケットでは届かず焦ってしまいましたが、専用工具なのでバッチリ交換作業ができました。
