Use to separate panels after the spot weld has been drilled out. Drive the blade with a hammer from the end or the side through the panel seam. Panels are separated without damage. The blade is sharpened on three sides, and offset for clearance. NOTE: The sharpened edges will wear with use. Resharpen on a grinding wheel.

This has done a great job for me. I am a body mechanic and I’ve used it to do bedsides, core supports, and rear body panels. It is slim and sharp enough to cut through spot welds (that have been grinded down/sometimes cuts through even ungrinded welds). I have smacked the back of it with a 3lb sledge and the hammering end has held up to the abuse. It should last for several years and I am pleased with this purchase! Would highly recommend for anyone working as a body mechanic

If you're popping spot welds this does the trick and way more control than using a pneumatic air chisel.Cant go wrong with Lisle, they still make a great product.

This tool works very well. Steel is hard and it goes through spot welds like butter. Thankful i found out about this tool, it make my first DIY body repair easy.

Great tool, made of good hard metal, it has just the right bend at the working end to fit under metal edge. I have been restoring Vintage cars for over 50 years, so it's nice to fine a high-quality tool like this !!

This was definitely worth the cost. I had to separate over 200 spot welds on the bed of a small pickup truck. This tool worked well. Having 3 chisel sides on the head was super handy in getting to those tough-to-reach areas.

Great bit of kit! Love that it’s has 3 edges, so you can do left right a use it as a scraper to.Also night a comfortable in your hand.
