My first one came damaged (not even from shipping it seemed to be damaged upon packaging) and it took awhile for the replacement to come, but when it did I immediately inspected it for any signs of damage (highly recommend). There were so issues so I put it together, very easy to do, and charged the batteries which didn’t take too long to charge. *note the batteries do create a type of smell when charging I don’t think it’s anything to be alarmed about* It is very lightweight and easy for a not-so-strong person to lift and carry. Operation is a breeze, all you do is hold the button and pull up the lever bar. Cuts through snow like warm butter and it’s very easy to reposition the chute while operating. I cleared about 5†of snow, did my sidewalk and both of my neighbors on the left and right side and it only took 5 minutes maybe less. I was so excited when I saw how great of a job it did and how EASY it was compared to shoveling. I love this thing and can’t wait for heavy snow just so I can keep using it. It’s also very quiet, it can be used in the middle of the night and neighbors probably wouldn’t even hear it. The quality is great, the look is great, I am very pleased with this purchase.

This is a nice solid snowblower for small and very short driveways and walkways/sidewalks. The assembly of product is straightforward and fairly easy, although the chute of mine was broken along where it is screwed to fasten it into place. Light and compact, not at all heavy. The lights are surprisingly bright and clean. Like I said, this product is perfect for really really short driveways and walkways. For anything longer, it is not ideal. Battery life is good for about 15-20 min. I was removing snow ranging from 2-10 inches and it seemed like battery life did not extend further than 20 min. Battery life definitely is something to be desired but it is fairly quiet. Does not at all make any loud noises and the chute is really easy to maneuver with or without the lever. Overall a solid snowblower for really small pathways and driveways. Not ideal for anything long unless you have another pair of batteries, and battery life is very short. The pictures on the product details in my opinion are a bit stretched far, and in my honest opinion handling this snowblower, you could get maybe 3 rows done before battery runs out with occasional stops to turn snow blower back on( if it gets clogged even for a second it turns off especially with higher amounts of snow so keep that in mind) and you have to go back and recharge batteries. Recharge time on these if about hour and a half, so for 20 min, not a really good exchange. Overall, this product is easy to setup, is lightweight and compact. Easy to maneuver and easy to take apart. But battery life is not long, very short.

I went back and forth a while before deciding to buy a battery powered snow thrower. Watched alot of review videos, researched, etc. On first use, I must say, I'm glad I chose this one! I used it on about 4" with a slightly crunchy layer at surface level. I had little to no bogging down, it got down to the pavement for the most part and the battery level barely went down. My driveway is 16ft wide by say around 30 ft long. I lost only 1 bar on each battery. (Hint: keep your charger indoors and keep your batteries indoors between uses. Extends their use time.) Throws snow a decent distance too.I can see this thrower will have its limitations. I believe in citing the good and the not as good. In heavy snow and/or deeper snow it might struggle. But the tradeoff for not having to lug around a heavy gas thrower is well worth it. It’s also much quieter. This was very easy to maneuver. A slight down would be the chute control. It's kinda stiff when going left and right. When it goes, it GOES! So, trying to get an in between setting is tough. This may ease up with time. We'll see!Seriously considering trying their smaller power shovel for smaller jobs and walkway.Sorry for the wordy review but this is a decent size investment and I want to help as much as possible.Litheli if you read these reviews, job well done!

One inch of snow. I was excited to try it out. Unfortunately I was very disappointed!! It keeps stopping. Then I have to move the thrower and then it will start again.Very useless! Wasted money.
