Assembly took me about 1 1/2.Instructions a little sparse but simple to complete. Had to adjust the auger cable. Not much info available to adjust so I removed the handle to to adjust the cable. Snow was only 2 in deep no problem throwing it 20 feet. Made a easy job of removing the frozen boulders at the end of the driveway. Required small hardware is in a little black bag.
