This light was installed on the front porch to replace 27 year-old 500W halogen fixture.At full brightness, both my wife and a beloved neighbor suggested that it looked like noon from dawn-til-dusk. It reduced the intensity to the lowest setting. The lamp now emits a more satisfying, warmer white hue.The wife and neighbor are pleased. There is energy-efficient security lighting (and a guide for our Amazon drivers making those 0400 hrs - 0700 hrs deliveries).This is a well-priced, quality LED light fixture!

Make sure that you have a drill ready, since you have to drill holes in the back plate to mount it on the electrical box. Also, it comes with no printed instructions, so you have to open the lamp fixture to get to the QR code to get the installation instructions.

Reason for removing one star: Installation took more than two hours because of no installation instructions or reference to online installation instructions and some adaptation of my existing mounting bracket was required. No mounting bracket for this fixture is included.

Bought this for my mothers house to replace an old version of this light that she has on the exterior of her house. This was the exact same style, but an LED version. Love that it is LED instead of the sodium vaper she used to have. It was very easy to install (not by me, but by my husband) took only maybe 20 minutes, just had to find all the right tools:)

I came across this model light on Amazon and was happy to see that it matches exactly the two lights on the front entrance to our community center. This light is amazing for its high brightness and quality based on my experience with the two existing lights and I needed two more, one for each end of our building. I have mine set on the highest lumen setting, which is similar to the brightness of a street arc light. I'm very pleased with it and feel that it is great for the safety and security of our patrons using the building at night. I can't be exact with how bright it is, but our building is 132 ft long and the two I have light up almost the entire front of the building very clearly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these lights.

The garage pedestrian door toward the back of the yard had an old wall-mount outdoor incandescent light fixture. I can't get bulbs for it any more, and, frankly, recent purchases seemed to burn out too quickly. It was a pain to replace bulbs, too. This wall-mount LED fixture puts out a lot more light, and I can set how much light I want through three intensity levels. This puts out a Lot of light. I can also choose the light color quality to be between cooler incandescent through halogen-like to daylight, again through three steps. I chose the cooler incandescent since that is most similar to what I had before. Being an LED fixture, it's consuming a lot less energy, too, even though things are a lot brighter now.This lamp fixture can work from 120V to 277V. The old lamp fixture worked off 120V, so this was a good fit, electrically. The mounting holes did not match up and it was a little work to get some screws anchored into the stucco, but if you have any mechanical aptitude it wasn't all that difficult. Weather sealing in the fixture is nice, and I put a little silicone behind to the wall.This fixture is not going to make a fashion statement in the home environment. I wish I was able to mount this lamp fixture a little higher on the wall, but the junction box was already in place. It's much safer walking from the garage than it was before, and that's worth it to me.

Replaced an older version of this light with the LED version. Expensive, but the quality is good and the ability to change light color temp is great. Installation is a breeze and I like the light sensor is easily replaceable
