Warm Tips
- To stop the brewing cycle before completed, grasp the molded plug and unplug.
- To maintain the quality of parts, we recommend hand washing only. These items are not dishwasher safe.
- Never reheat a beverage by passing it through the brewing system.
- Do not use harsh, abrasive cleaners. They will cause scratches which can lead to breakage.

I recently purchased an iced tea maker and it has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. It's very easy to use and brews tea quickly. I love that it’s pink and matches my pink coffee/beverage bar and I can adjust the strength of the tea to my liking, and the result is always delicious and refreshing. The pitcher is a good size and the design is very sleek. It's also very easy to clean. This iced tea maker has made enjoying iced tea at home much more convenient. Highly recommended!

Power switch broke after just a couple of months. Opening up the unit, I also found that the elastic tubing for pumping g the wanter from the reservoir was cracked and tearing at the hose clamps.

I need just a replacement pitcher for my Mr Coffe and could not find one or was priced ridiculously. I have only used this once. Works good so far. I wish there would have been other color options.
