Having a solid and long-lasting construction gives the impression that it will be able to withstand the test of time. Making iced tea with this machine is a piece of cake. Both loose-leaf tea and ground coffee have been brewed using it, and the results have been consistently good. I have used it to make both! I am able to personalize the level of taste intensity to my liking thanks to the strength control option, which is a breakthrough in the industry. The iced tea that I love is on the stronger side, while my husband prefers a gentler brew, and this machine is able to satisfy both of our tastes without any noticeable difficulty.

This product last about 2 years. We wanted one that had a glass pitcher which was hard to find. Pitcher wasn't very thick glass but worked. Recently bumped it on counter which cause it to crack. Still worked good and would probably purchase again.

Real easy to use, coffee taste really good, good size, light weight. Comes with 20 oz tumbler, don't put it in water, some water stayed between the plastic and couldn't get it out, even leaving it sit upside down. But really like the coffee maker.

It was good … while it lasted. We were very happy with this coffee machine for about four months since purchasing it. While not expensive, it appeared to be well-made; and it was easy to use and very convenient in allowing brewing both k-cups and ground coffee. Unfortunately, it started leaking badly after just over three months of use, just when Amazon's return window had closed. So we don't have a coffee machine anymore, and we can't return it either.

The pitcher was not as sturdy as I would have liked but the tea maker worked well although it didn't require as many tea bags for brewing as recounting the instructions.
