We've had this for less than two days... May sound funny, but I honestly do feel like a kid with a new Xmas toy!😂 We wanted to have our master bathroom be less full of trashy cat clutter and litter spilled all over. We have our whole family coming, and several will be sharing our bathroom. I freaking love the app. My girlfriend teases me about it, but it's so cool! Can see all the stats (when and which of our two cats goes in, how much they weigh, how much litter is being used, how full of waste the bag is, how many scoops it would have been, etc.) One of our cats is still using the old box that we put right by this new one, as suggested by the company, until it gets gross enough that he starts preferring the new one.Haven't had to clean out the hidden, receptacle bag yet, but looks easy peasy. Super quiet and doesn't smell at ALL, and it's only about five feet away from our bed, right in the bathroom corner. I have it on the time setting to clean 3 minutes after the car exits, so it gets rid of the poop smell FAST. So far, so good. Hopefully our other cat will get onboard and we can get rid of all the remnants and mess of the old box! It has been worth every penny of the investment so far! A Xmas Poop Scooping miracle....😂💩

NO MORE SCOOPING POOP!!!! Do I have to say anything else? lol. It’s quieter than I expected and it looks great. The app works fine and it tracks the activity of both of my cats. My cats now have more privacy and were comfortable using this right away. I couldn’t finish assembling it and one of them was trying to use it lol. It’s great for odor elimination and I only have to change the bag once a week instead of scooping daily! Yes it’s costly, but damn is it great to have one! Especially for the elderly or disabled. I’ve only owned this for a few weeks now but I can’t not have one of these now. There’s an old saying that once you go…..lol. The only downfall for me is that one of my cats loves to interrupt the cycle religiously like it’s a toy. My other cat doesn’t care and lets it do it’s thing. Hopefully he’ll get bored of it one day but that’s my only gripe so far lol. 5 out of 5 stars for me!

This is absolutely worth the money! I’ve had the litter robot 4 for a few months and it is so easy to use. It does take up a lot of space with the stairs but it’s perfect for my cats. The bags that are included are great quality and the app will tell you when the litter is full. I have not taken it outside to do a major cleaning but from the videos I’ve watched it looks extremely easy to clean. I was expecting this to be too loud and that my cats would be afraid of it but it’s very quiet like a very quiet dishwasher sound. I would definitely recommend getting this.

But this product works better than any other self-cleaning litter box and believe me, I’ve had them all. It was very protected in its shipping box. Setup was easy, I kept looking at Quick Setup Guide to make sure I hadn’t skipped a step. They even had a liner where waste drops so all I had to do was unpack it (no assembly of base unit). Add clumping litter. Plug cord at rear of machine & wall socket & Press power on. THATS IT! It runs incredibly quiet & easily accommodates 2 cats. I find myself checking to see if it really works and it’ absolutely works as advertised. Very happy, cats already used to it, they’re happy. Might buy another for girlfriend’s cats.

So far, we are thrilled with this product. Cleaning the litter box in a household with 6 cats was a constant, unpleasant chore. It took a few days for them to acclimate to this new strange contraption, but once they did, life was so much more pleasant, especially in terms of smell. It remains to be seen if we will need a 2nd Litter-Robot with so many kitties, but so far we are very happy with this purchase.

I was very excited to receive this. Few reasons I bought this. Foremost is that a new kitty found and adopted me. With work becoming more busy I was exhausted by the time I got home at night. Shopping a few litter boxes morning and night was very time consuming. Second reason was the new kitty was having intestinal issues the vet and I were trying to work through. One small bowel movement could stink up the whole house in no time. Coming home to that was even worse. Last reason was because I was getting ready to go on a trip. I didn't want whoever checked on them be forced to poop scoop a lot.I also bought the expensive steps that went with it.Well that was well and good for a couple weeks. After that the thing started to malfunction more and more.First worry was how it scooped. The scoops fall into a bin right in the middle/under the box. This was worrisome due to a possibility one of the cats would get stuck. It literally is open at that point.Next the box wouldn't scoope/cycle. I would come home to the drum being full. Sometimes I would come home to the drum being mid cycle and stop where the bin is open. Stink galore.I would have to physically push the button to cycle. Sometimes even with that it would stop. I would have to reset and cycle again. I tried using the phone app to do it. Nope wouldn't work.So many issues!. Now just days away from my trip and it is too late to do something.Stuck with an expensive piece of plastic and the loss of a kitty litter box.UPDATE!! 12/25. Still have to physically push the button for it to cycle. Even when it says there is nothing obstructing the area and is rdy.

It took a few days for my cat to feel comfortable with this but then it was a great success. A really nice looking and functional litter box that eliminates odor.
