Yes, it is expensive, but 100%, no question totally worth the money. Our 15 month old started getting attached to it around 6months of age and now it is her special blankie and a major part of nap and bedtime routine. We have bought two so that we can have one for her while the other is being washed. The size is perfect (can't drag this blankie through the dirt), it is super soft and has stood up to all the washings. Our daughter likes to touch the silky edges as well as the little giraffe tag. She even has chewed on it to help with teething.We are expecting our second baby and this is on the top of the must-get list.

Very nice blanket. You can feel in the weight of it that's it's quality (but not too heavy) very soft and snuggly on one side and very cool satin on the other. We live in Florida and this was the perfect choice for our baby. Only issue I had was I'm an obsessed with soft person. While very soft..this is not the softest blanket in the world. Although lil giraffe does make the one that is. ..The "luxe"blanket they offer is the one that's the softest. I'm still happy with this one though because it's the only one they offer that has one full satin side.

Little giraffe products are more expensive, but do not disappoint. Beautiful blanket. Great color.

This blanket is pretty pricey but it is the softest blanket you will ever find. I buy this as a baby gift all the time and it often ends up being the baby's favorite "blankie" which makes it worthwhile. Advise moms not to use fabric softener ever on this blanket as it will cause the fibers to mat together and it will lose it's softness. It advises this one the blanket but most moms don't read this until it's too late.

This blanket is a little different than the one we got three years ago, but I'd still recommend. Satin feels different. Not near as soft, but perhaps will hold up better. This blanket is significantly bigger than the others from Little Giraffe which is why my three year old still uses it to cover up with. Warm chenille on one side. Cool satin on the other. Love it!

My daughter loves these silkies and still uses them (she's five). I wish they were less expensive as we've needed to have 4 to rotate out. The middle section doesn't stay as soft as it's washed.

I purchased this as a baby gift and needed something rather special for this particular family. This blanket is just awesome! So soft and silky - anyone would love it! Well worth the money and the recipient will not be disappointed!

This blanket is the best in the business. Our own children were gifted theirs 11 years ago and nine years ago. Both are in fantastic shape even with occasional use these days. Highly recommend anything from this company!

Ordered this on Tuesday and it was here by Friday - just unpacked it and in all honesty it's amazing and worth the price tag.It's beautifully made and I just know my little girl is going to fall head over heels in love with it.
