I SHOUTED IN HAPPINESS WHEN I SEEN THIS MOUNT WORKED! Finally!! I rent and live in a mobile home. Ive had my new blink door bell laying on my table for almost a month as i could not find a way or a place to put this camera up that would be sturdy, within view of my portch & without drilling... since im renting i cannot drill.. So even though i did not trust doorbell adhesives.... i went & ordered the adhesive mount. Once it came in quickly realized that I was back to square one of my problem as since this is a sticky adhesive mount you're very limited on where you can successfully place this mount......I wanted to stick it on my front door but (my front door is textured, so second place i wanted to stick it on the little diamond shaped window on my door but after a quick google search it said you can't stick it on glass unless you have a special adhesive that can withstand temperature changes & that most doorbell adhesives aren't designed to create a strong enough bond on a smooth non porous surface like glass leading to potential detachment like camera falling off especially when exposed to weather elements & vibrations. So this door bell mount that i am reviewing was my last shot. I took it out of the packaging, popped my blink camera into it and put the back on with 4 screws then i slid it over my door and turned the little tightening adjustable knob until it was tight enough against my door, that thing wont budget it's TIGHT. & its got enough room to fit doors that are thick! Its adjustable. You just adjust it to however big your door is. What i also like about this is that it can be moved around and can be put on a Right side door and a left side, unlike the adhesive where once you stick it that is where it stays until the stickiness gives out & your camera falls & breaks or someone steals it. This mount is the way to go, the build quality is sturdy & the ease of installation took me maybe 2 minutes and it looks nice!

Love the overall structure of this blink camera mount. Easy setup and secure with a special security bolt.A simple but secure design and protection for my doorbell camera is highly recommended. Definitely going to suggest this mount to all of my friends with the blink camera systems

The door mount does work perfectly and easy to install. I would have given 5 stars; however, I don’t like how it fits so close to the door jam that part of the door jam is blocking the view of the camera. If it would sit further over on the door about 2 to 3 inches then there would be a perfect view. Over all though the product works as described.

I wanted a nice cover for my blink camera because it felt like anyone could just snatch it off the wall. My main concern with this is that it would not have screw mounting holes in the back, however luckily it does so if you dont want to rely on the adhesive, you can literally screw it and you have a nice solid metal shell mounted to the wall securing your cam in place. You do however need to get rid of your original blink back cover to fit it into the shell.

Bought for a new front door and screen door we got. Had the original case screwed in. Once our new door came in had no place to screw in. Well I was doubtful about this adhesive case, but man oh man this thing stuck to it instantly with a little pressure and feels like it’s welded to the wall. Great Purchase.!!
