We use leather on Boot jacks to help protect boots when you take them off. Was good quality and uniform width and thickness.

Great quality leather (better than I expected). This seems to be genuine leather, and is very durable. I didn't take measurements, but I bought this to use on a 3/4" board, which it matched perfectly. I found the leather to be easy to work with, while also being stiff and durable.I plan to take the excess left over from this project to cut into smaller strips for this project. The leather cuts well with a utility knife/exact-o knife.Would buy again.

Sometimes leather that looks good on the finished side looks really bad on the raw side. I actually have to look carefully at this stuff to tell which side is the "raw" side. I bought this to carry a small box, and I feel confident the "raw" edge won't be abrasive and damage my shirt.

I cut four 7 inch pieces and used them to hang a pair of antique skis on the side of our house. It worked great. The leather was delivered quickly and is high quality. Very happy with this purchase.

This leather is not soft nor does it FEEL like real cut leather. It did make into a leash, but it is hard and doesn’t bend it feels like I am going to rip it and feels like paper type or compressed type leather. If suppleness is imortant to you choose another leather strap. Hat band or something for decor would be the best use of this leather strap.

I took a chance ordering this to make a camera strap and was very disappointed. The leather is so heavily corrected that it looks like there is a coat of latex paint on each side. So much so that when it bends, the coating cracks and it looks like cheap vinyl.

Interestingly, no length given in the description but many reviews refer to a 5m length - thus implying your buying a strip 5m long. It isn’t 5m.I received a 1m length only.This advert needs to be made clear and honest - at the moment it deceives by omission and this is not acceptable.

I cant believe that someone is promoting this as leather and getting away with it - I bought the straps for a bag and there is no way it would be sturdy enough for that so I sent it back - beware
