I do a lot of sports , and always have lower back issues due to crossfits / Russian swings etc. the normal pillow between the legs helps but never for the same relieve every night . I tried many with the bone shape ( or the most common ones ) but after trying 4 different brands they were all too soft. Sure comfy but the knees were almost touching back together . And then found this one, the fact that it is bigger make the legs more stable and also it is firm foam so you don’t sink in, and the legs are // which is ideal. If you like squishy it is not the one, but if you want firm , and really have your legs parallel and help your lower back. This is definitely the one. Took me weeks of trial and error to find this one. It might take you 2-4 nights to get use to the fitness, but once you do. It will really help you sleep way better.

I am 22 weeks pregnant and was having very bad hip pain. My chiropractor suggested I sleep with a pillow folded in half or get an actual knee pillow. So I tried folding a pillow in half to put between my knees for a while and it just wasn't working very well for me It kept moving and did not keep me from twisting my hips when I slept. It was more comfortable for me to sleep with one knee over the other but it put a lot of stress on my hips and was causing me a lot of pain. So I decided to try this knee pillow after I looked at a bunch of different ones and I am very pleased with this one so far. It gives my legs the support really good and because it is indented It keeps me from laying one knee over the other and twisting my hips in my sleep. I have not had hip pain since I started using it about 3 weeks ago. I think it is a pretty good size and the shape is perfect. So I would definitely recommend giving this pillow a try if you are having hip pain and especially if you are expecting and are needing to support your hips. This pillow is pretty stiff and took a little getting used to. Because it is all memory foam and doesn't really have much give to it. So it would be nice if it was maybe a little bit softer but because it is stiff it gives the support I need. One little tip that I found was helpful was when using this pillow because it is not real big it does not give any support to your feet so if you don't like your feet just laying on top of each other, I would suggest putting a thin pillow between them. So if you're looking for a good knee pillow that's going to give you the support you need I would definitely recommend this pillow!

I got this to help from twisting and aggravating my sciatica in my sleep. It is comfortable but I have thick thighs that don’t like to fit within the intended area.Works better with female anatomy.

Absolutely fabulous!!! Have had 2 knees replaced in 10 weeks and this leg pillow is a lifesaver!!! Wish I hadn’t waited so long to get it. Would highly recommend!!! Just the right support and the cover is so soft and it’s removable to wash.

Is super comfy to sleep with. I suffer from lower back pain and it helps so much at night I am a side sleeper Good quality and the memory foam is just the right firmness

I purchased this product after reading the reviews online. There were negative reviews which is normal. As I received the product and used it as indicated in the picture. It has the big part of the object located in the crotch area of your body and was very unconfortable. I reversed this product with the smaller part in the crotch area and product was usable for me.I incurred a hip injury many years ago that went away, but as you get older it reappears. As professional athletes recover from injuries, they said the injury will reoccur as you get older. That is just part of life and you have to deal with it.Since I have reversed the object shown in the picture I am glad I purchased the item. It positions the body in a comfortable position, my tossing and turning to find a comfortable has been eliminated. I am now enjoying a restful sleep and recommend the product to other people.

Love this new pillow. Fits very comfortable for me, 5'6 female, 160 pounds, 32" inseam, somewhat athletic. The contour for the leg is just right for me, 21-21.5" circumference at the widest part of my upper thigh, but it would be snug or not compatible for someone with thicker legs, if the thigh doesn't fit well in the deeper contour. It can be used in either direction, so the shallower contour could be at the upper thigh (thicker area) and the deeper contour closer to the knee where the leg is narrower. I find the length is just right for my inseam to knee length of 10-11", shorter/thinner leg pillows caused my knees to touch and didn't support the whole upper leg. I am a restless sleeper that moves a lot, and this pillow stays snug and moves with me. It is comfortable in a couple different positions, under just one leg also.

J'ai essayé quelques produits du genre et celui-ci est vraiment bien. C'est surtout la longueur qui me plait beaucoup étant très grand. La seule chose que je trouve qui lui manque est une sangle. Le coussin reste ferme durant l'utilisation.

This is an excellent knee pillow, high quality too.The size of this guarantees your knees cant come into contact with each other.I have tried 2 other makes that are a lot smaller, and they did not work properly, as they didnt prevent my knees coming together.
