Perfect. Not broken like another pair I bought recently. Glass like advertised, not scratched plastic. Long pulls in case you need them or cut them and make them shorter. They included extra clips. These are gorgeous, couldn't be happier!

I used this in my dining room. It worked out perfectly! It was easy to replace my old pulls with these sparkly balls! They were heavy, so they hang perfectly!

I love crystals and bought these for all of my ceiling fans. To my surprise, they were much larger than I thought they would be. I would definitely order more as I'm very happy with them.

These are very nice pulls that are well made. They are heavy, and long enough to be reached when a ceiling fan is installed over a table. If you need to shorten the chain, you may need a wire cutter, and the connector is TIGHT if you need to remove it. We bought the clear and they are very nice, very well packed, and very well priced.

I was looking for chain pulls that were a little bit longer. With 10 foot ceilings, I wanted to be able to reach these without a chair (I'm 5'5"). These work great. They are pretty and catch the light to send prisms around the room during the day.
