I tie flies on YouTube and have always used sewing scissors or beard trimming scissors. I decided to get these and they are worth it. 99% of the time they make the cut I want the first time. And they fit my hands well.

They do a great job and have a curved bit away from the main cutting blades/tip for cutting wire, very handy.

Item just as pictured and described.Very sharp. Mine worked smoothly, and was easy to use.Hard plastic loops slide around even big fingers easily.Not sure what more can be said!

I used the shears to cut 100 lb cortland master braid. I wound having to switch to my boomerang snips which did the job quickly and easily. Don’t waste your money on these shears…
