This Ford F-150 Under Cover (also known as the Engine Splash Shield Under Panel Diaper) part # ML3Z-7222-D is a perfect fit for my 2019 F150 XLT 3.5L gasoline engine. Amazon's website (AmazonConfirmedFit) wrongly suggested that it wouldn't fit. Note that part # ML3Z-7222-E replaces JL3Z-7222-C, ML3Z-7222-A, and ML3Z-7222-D; hence any one of these should work.I noticed that the bolt head of the four screws that came with the engine splash shield (ML3Z-7222-D) are 10mm whereas the original screws are 8 mm. However, the bolt size is exactly the same and fit the original factory nuts perfectly. Overall, a perfect replacement for the factory splash shield at a significant cost saving.
