I'm using this for a standalone 240sx Swap. I'm running an AEM oil pressure gauge and this screwed in great! A 27mm socket thin wall will do fine. A little PTFE dabbed on and was done in 5 minutes!

I needed to add a mechanical oil pressure gauge to confirm whether or not my electronic sensor was failing. This screwed right in to the blank plug near the oil filter on the front of the engine of a 2004 Trailblazer 4.2L inline 6 cylinder. I added some teflon tape and gave it a very firm twist with a hand wrench without experiencing any issues or leaks.

This is one of those little details you don't think of when doing a big job like this engine swap. It just happened to pop up as a recommended item when I was buying other parts but it is a must have for an ls swap project.

This fitting finally fixed the problematic oil leaks that I was having with other so called fittings that were supposed to fit the LS series engines. Very pleased with it but I do recommend getting a tighter fitting copper crush washer the one supplied is a lil sloppy but it works!
