I bought this back in January and to be honest I was very skeptical based off of the reviews I’ve seen. It’s now April and I can confidently say these have lasted the longest out of all the other brands. I haven’t had anything fires or nothing, my three reptiles have been safe and happy! I keep the warmers on 10-18 hours a day, so I’m not completely sure what would happen if kept on 24/7. It heats up a good amount, especially for the reptile babies! TMI: I do unplug my reptile lights when NO ONE is in the house as a safety precaution!! Since January’s, I’ve only had to use three and to this day I am still using those three.

This bulb is nice, bright and warm, however didn’t last very long, about two months. I have had bulbs that lasted longer. The price was good and had a quick delivery.

I always bought the Zoo Med & Zilla bulbs and they always went out within 2 weeks to a month, while being gentle and not bumping them with anything. I even switched out my lamp to a new one in case it was wiring related, same results. When I tried out Lucky Herp I was suspicious because they're based in China. However, their bulbs were the best-built bulbs I've seen so far. I even wrote down the "installed" date and "stopped working" date:Installed bulb: August 31 2023Bulb stopped: March 02 2024That's 6 months and 2 days! And my 2nd bulb is still going without issues.
