I should preface with the fact that we installed this on a bathroom bowl/vessel sink for home use. That said:The good: Great water flow (2.7 gpm @30 psi, albeit with a different sprayer and hose). Came with a few extra adapters and gaskets. Faucet works smoothly. With the adaptors, this fits standard fittings available for CTS 1/2" CPVC pipe.The bad: The sprayer and hose looked quite cheesy. Based on other reviews, we didn't even try to use them. We needed the extra gaskets because they are inferior and will not seal twice (a leak and a crack in a valve, not the fault of LukLoy, forced the installation to be done twice). Odd wrench sizes (16mm and 23mm) are needed, which is fine if you can fit an adjustable but if you're in a tight space, you'd better be equipped to work on Fords. Without the adaptors (which we got by accident, having rashly ordered the one without adaptors), good luck. The faucet is easily opened by a slight bump, which can make a quick flood. We had to turn the "stream" setting on the sprayer (not the sprayer which came with this, which has no settings) into an "off" setting. If you want a counter penetration, you'll have to provide the seal yourself.The ugly: Came without any hint of instructions or information, not even the usual garbled translation or hopelessly crude line drawings. This thing doesn't even seem to have a model number.

Was very disappointed when it arrived and was missing the fauset handle. The hose and water head are very cheap! Not worth the money!
