I am an avid brother only domestic machine lover. But this machine is much better than any brother or juki I have owned. Its is heavy enough to stay in place. It doesn't vibrate across the table as most others do. With 1250 spm, it works almost as good as my industrial machine did for a fraction of the cost and takes up alot less space. I looked it so much, I just bought another one.

I was afraid to buy a serger because I didn't think I could thread it but after watching a YouTube video, piece of cake. I wish I would have bought this sooner. I've taken on a major project and this will cut 95% of my time so I can concentrate on putting it together rather than trying to zigzag on my raw edges. Don't hesitate if you have been looking for a serger. This one is all metal and it's rugged. Highly recommend it. The only other drawback that I can think of is I tried to contact the company and you can only contact them by email but they never replied. There's no phone number that they answer to talk to anyone for support. That I did not like. The other thing is that it says the machine does not need to be oils because it's been oiled from the factory but then it says in the book to oil it every 24 hours of use. It does not indicate how much oil it needs. Hopefully they will correct this issue so no one damages their machine with excess oil or not enough.

Bought this for my mom she is a dressmaker. It’s fully functional. Noisy as any other machine, easy to thread. Looks as displayed on Amazon.

I don’t like this machine it’s very complicated where most machines are easy this one is not user friendly and honestly I’d not recommend purchasing from this company period since their return policy is questionable to say the least

I was very surprised to see that the machine was already threaded and had a piece of scrap fabric held under the foot! This shows that the machine was tested before shipping, and I appreciate that. Under the machine, it's legs have little suction cups that aren't very strong and make it perfect for preventing the machine from shaking too much and being noisy during use; while still being able to very easily move the machine and not ruin any surfaces. I love that feature on this machine. It runs very well and the price is so generously affordable for a great, compact machine. It also comes with all the tools you need like an extra foot screw, a screwdriver, the machine's key, an extra metal plate, extra blades, a cleaning brush, extra organ needles, etc!! I'm amazed by the machine and this brand. Definitely very happy with it and I strongly recommend this machine.

This is my first serger and I absolutely love it. It is easy to use , the threading path is color coded for easy threading, and you can't beat the price. I looked at other sergers and I'm so happy I decided to purchase this one. My favorite part is how professional my finished seams look. No raveling, stretching or missed stitches. For first time serger users, I would highly recommend this serger.

Have to loosen a screw and adjust then tighten it to see if that was the right placement. too much work for anyone that changes fabric types or Thead. I have a small business, so I am always changing fabric, and this does not work well for me. I missed the return window, or I would have returned it.
