This set is a great value. I didn’t even know I needed these little clips in my life, but I like using them even more than pins for sewing! I’ve found so many uses for them! And I’ve only used the largest bias tape maker so far. I made a lovely bias tape to edge an apron I made for my kiddo. I also used it to make jersey “bias†tape to edge a sleep sack. It’s not as easy to use with jersey knit fabric, but I would expect that given that jersey just wants to curl up and doesn’t hold the ironing as much. But it still worked once I clipped the ironed jersey together. If this set doesn’t work for you for some reason, I would suggest watching a video on how to use them, I found it super easy! And I’m pretty much a beginner when it comes to sewing. I haven’t used the sewing foot yet because I prefer a different method for applying bias tape, but it looks like it would fit on my husqvarna machine:

I love it. Making your own bias tape was a nightmare before this. Now it’s so easy and they come out perfect plus the extras and the little box they come in even better.

Received this today and it looks like a nice set. The quality of the pieces seems fine but the plastic box it was packaged in is very flimsy and arrived broken. I would blame it on its trip through the mail as the flimsy plastic box had a lightweight cellophane sleeve and then was mailed in one of the plain plastic amazon mailers (not even padded), however, a missing piece of the plastic box was not present at all. So, it got packaged in the cellophane sleeve already broken which is just sad. Personally, I would have preferred it came in cardboard or paper packaging if I'm just going to have to throw it out anyway. If they expected the plastic box to be useful long term, then it needed to be sturdier. This is also yet another amazon warehouse issue as it should have been obvious when packed to mail that the box was already broken.TLDR: Product is fine. Packaging and warehouse staff continue to be disappointing.

The bias tape makers are pretty great. Once you get the hang of it, they're relatively simple. I strongly recommend having an iron or hot press nearby to press the tape into place, but it's otherwise been perfect. What I really appreciate though, is the craft clips and the box it arrives with. The clips fit around my mini sewing machine so well, and have become an invaluable asset to my craft room. Very pleased with this purchase.

These are very well made for how inexpensive they are. I expect to get loads of use from them in the near future and feel that they will last for a good long while.

Love these bias makers. They work great, very easy to use and of good quality. The clips and everything else are just a bonus. The price is right.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but at this point I've tried several fabric types, several sizes and I find it's just easier to created and iron the folds myself. When it does appear like it's going to work, my folds are completely uneven with one side being much wider than the other. When it's not working, it's tearing up/snagging my fabric.Maybe there's a learning curve and I'll get it eventually but after watching my YouTube videos and trying on several occasions, maybe it's just me. I can't comment on the quality of the tools themselves because I don't have anything to compare them to, so maybe there are higher quality easier to use ones out there.I think the value is there, I like and use all of the additional pieces so I didn't feel the need to return to Amazon, but I have little use for the main tools.
